How to use Magnesium Oil Spray

Simply spray daily before sleep onto the soles of your feet. Do this for the first few weeks, on your feet and massage in. After a few weeks once the body adjusts, apply Magnesium Oil to your arms, legs, knees and joints or directly to the part of your body that is sore or strained and it’s rapidly absorbed.

Can be applied direct from spray and can also be diluted with a carrier oil such as Coconut or Olive Oil to for really sensitive skin.

Ingredients: 100% Magnesium Oil. If you experience a tingle or itch this is very normal and it maybe a sign of deficiency. Apply to your feet only for another week or 2 before you try the more sensitive areas again. It may suit you to put Coconut oil on your skin before application if you are sensitive to the spray.

Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. External use only. PATCH TEST FIRST, 250ml.

Our spray bottles are glass so please use caution. Magnesium Oil is recommended to be packaged in glass bottles because Magnesium reacts with plastic and metals and it may not be safe to use the Magnesium Oil that’s packaged in anything except glass. Recommended to use within 12 months.
